By this way, the directors will manage and operate the projects in ideal and practical way, especially when they are authorized to be decision makers without restrictions by their Presidents.
For each project, there is special sample of organization structure that is suitable to its nature, physical location, scope of work, and client degree of organization.
Following the Risk Management, the organization structure is to ensure its safe position from the risk involvement, to provide erected emergency plan.
